Scott is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. He helped me buy a home in the East Orlando / UCF area. I connected with him initially to buy vacant land he had for sale in Wedgefield (East Orlando), and afterwards we kept in contact and evaluated and saw many additional properties over an extended period of time together. Ultimately, he helped me buy a home that was only on the market for 7 days and got a substantial discount on it. After contract, he helped me get a large repairs concession from the seller. He educated me about the process every step along the way, he always followed up, and never missed any detail. He also recommended a great mortgage lender, home inspector, and insurance agent, which I ended up using for this transaction after comparing other offers. Overall, I was very happy and satisfied with Scott' services, and I would warmly recommend him to others looking to buy or sell in the Orlando area. I will work with him again in the future!
