I refer Scott Garrison to my clients who need a Realtor who is Professional and will not waste their time or be too sales-y. He will do what he says he will and I can count on his follow-up. Scott Garrison is very, very organized. I can not afford to refer people a Realtor who will not make me look good for sharing his name. He shows up well, is both professional and comfortable, tells people what they need to hear, and get the job done, whether its buying a home or selling one. Seems to me like he probably can work with a wide-variety of people. He is been doing Real Estate for a long, long time, knows what he is doing, and still brings energy and enthusiasm to the task. I have had clients tell me that when they did not listen to him, it cost them money and they wish they had done what he advised. You should listen to him from the start, and he will get you in or out of that home too!
