First-Time Buyer Finds Dream Home in Titusville with Scott Garrison’s Expert Help!

I am a first-time home buyer and Realtor Scott Garrison helped me buy my First home in Titusville! I’ve known Scott for many years, and when it was time to buy, I called Scott, and he went way out of his WAY to help me… I got into my new Three Bedroom, 2 bath home with a big yard to build a workshop! Scott and his lender came up with a plan for me to get into the home for a total of only $2500. I even got money BACK at closing! Scott was there for me every step of the way during the search, getting my offer accepted, finding a great Home Inspector for me, and was there in person for me at closing. There was almost nothing for me to do but get the keys. He even got the seller to do some electrical repairs on the home for me so I could get the best home insurance rates, and had the owner leave some furnishings behind for me as well. Scott has Great follow up and never forgets a detail- I know I can trust him to take care of me. I would definitely use Scott to buy or sell a home again!
