I was fortunate enough to get Wes Garrison as a realtor. I am a first time home buyer so had no idea what I was doing. What I did know: I needed to find a home and I was ready to stop renting. On Zillow I requested to view a home in the area where I was looking. Wes was the realtor that came to show that house. While the first house I viewed ended up not being what I was looking for, Wes asked about the price range and the needs I had for the new home. He took this information and beginning that night I started getting a regular email with all listing that fit the criteria discussed in the neighborhoods we talked about. I decided to put an offer in on the 2nd home we viewed. Wes was great, he was upfront about everything and shared his knowledge with me something I know not everyone is going to to do. It wasn't just a "I'll take care of it" it was a "I'll take care of it and this is how and why" Much appreciated Home buying is a bit of a roller coaster I learned, the deal almost fell through a couple of times due to the appraisal being too low and some seller side issues. I was happy to have Wes in my corner he helped me manage my expectations realistically while also fighting for my best interest throughout the whole process. I am happy to say in the end we were able to overcome all the roller coast lows and on 12/18/2020 I closed on on my home. We was there with me in the closing conference always making sure my interests we being looked out for. If you are looking for a realtor and you decided to read all of this Wes is your guy.
