There's not enough good things I can say about her me and my wife had been looking for a place to live in a house to rent or to buy for going on about 6 to 9 months. We couldn't find anywhere that was within our price range let alone within our price range that we could get approved on a loan. Well Savannah found a home and we had someone try to coastline with us and fell through that was the first house we had actually found in price range with a cosigner tried to sign with us me and my wife thought we were doomed. Without hesitation without being asked really just on her own account Savannah went to work and let me tell you something when she works she works. She was pulling out houses out the wood stack I'm talking and all of them were meeting criteria that we had to have which by the way is a very picky criteria we've got dogs got to have a fence in yard own our own business got to have a shed or a place to put a shed and we need three bedrooms and we didn't want to do any work to the house when we got it and best of all we didn't want to spend over about $120,000 now you tell me that's possible. I didn't think it was possible Savannah made it possible on her own account cuz after the loan got turned down I ain't going to lie I lost hope. And then I got an email I text message and a phone call literally all at the same time from Savannah and she wanted me and my wife to go check out a house. Said that the house was for sale by owner just had went for sale by owner that morning. Well ladies and gentlemen I think the house was sold that afternoon as far as going under contract unfortunately you know it took you know 2 weeks with paperwork and approval this and approval that and blah blah blah but damn it Savannah got us a house man me and my wife have a house because this woman poured her sweat and tears and dedication to never stopping and giving up and we appreciate her so much and that our family has a placeto callhome because she never quits she never gives up
