I could write a book about this home buying experience… We had multiple issue's from a tight closing deadline, repairs to be made to pass appraisal, and then the title company being closed on Good Friday. 🤷🏻♀️ Sarai was on top of everything. The experience of selling a house and then purchasing a house was practically stress-free for me .Sarai Millikens ability to answer my questions and offer suggestions in the process of buying and selling is very professional. I believe she puts her heart into the business and I feel she went above and beyond the the expected norm.
Once she got an idea of what we wanted we picked a day to go look, she put together a pamphlet of each house and as we went through we discussed pros and cons. Put an offer in on one and my financing had a hiccup. She recommended and different mortgage company and we were at a sprint pace again. Every step she guided us in the right direction and staying in contact to let us know what was going on as soon as she got any information on progress or let us know if we ran into any issues we our best interests at heart knowing what kind of a commitment purchasing a home is and not getting any surprises that couldn’t be resolved immediately.
