Sarai was the ultimate agent, she went above and beyond to get our house sold on our conditions. Home sold with in days, She kept us always aware of where we at on or loan, where things where at almost daily. If we ever come back to the area we will her Sarai, she was the best you can have.
Sarai was amazing! She went above and beyond for my family and listened to all our needs and wants. Through the whole entire process she was available and made it so easy and way less stressful. She is not just a realator but will forever be a family friend. If you are in the market I 100% recommend using her.
"Working with Sarai was an absolute pleasure! Her professionalism, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of the market made the entire home buying/selling process doable! Our closing had several issues due to bank complications and Sarai navigated through all of it with knowledge, patience, and so much kindness! From the initial consultation to closing, she was always available to answer any questions and provide expert guidance. Her dedication truly exceeded our expectations as she went above and beyond to take care of us. We would recommend Sarai to anyone in need of a top-notch real estate agent! We are grateful for our new friend! Thank you so very much!
We have done around a dozen transactions of several different types with Sarai. Our go to Agent to buy a property or to sell a property. I highly recommend her and have done so countless times. Always has your back.
Working with Sarai was beyond any expectations absolutely amazing if there was a way to describe this she puts everything she has into her work and the people she works with !!!! Thank you so much for everything Sarai ❤️❤️
Sarai was my realtor for me buying my first home. I couldn’t have done it without her!! She made everything so smooth and quick, I’ve recommended her many times before as my family has used her with the home buying process as well. If I ever need a realtor again in the future she will always be my go to! Thank you so much!
I would first like to start off by saying that I am not an easy person or client to work with ! I am demanding I am picky and it’s very hard to impress me with business. Sarai Milliken sold my home and represented me buying another home in the process of selling mine. This was the most stressful time of our lives ! Sarai went above and beyond her duties as a realtor. She has so much knowledge in the market as well as homes and gives you honest feedback throughout the process. Sarai is never looking to just make a sale or just do a deal. Sarai genuinely cares for her clients and there needs I would like to point out examples : She literally got on her hands and knees, to help me find an odor in a house that we were looking at! She climbed up in places to look at areas of the home that were of concerns . When my lender wasn’t doing the job, she stepped in to help me find somebody who would. I needed a contractor, she found me several ! She listen to my breakdowns , always answer the phone or called me back immediately. There ARE so many more examples to give, and there are not enough space to do so ! EVEN AFTER the close of my new home a major issue came up on my new home that she heard about the issue she immediately called me. She went out of her way to exhaust ALL resources to make sure that it was figured out even going to the schedule meetings with local departments and advocating, putting together a presentation of why we were not responsible ! She WON this for us and saved of THoUSANDS of dollars that no one would’ve known about the purchase of the home ! Again this was 1 month after I purchased our new home and I did not call to talk to her about it but she heard about it and came to me to help me fix it ! There are not enough kudos that I could ever give this woman. She cares past the point of a job! I recommend Sarai to everybody now, not only through personal, but through business! I am lucky enough now to call her my friend now !
Absolutely great. She goes all out to take care of all your needs and questions. It has been a delight to work with her.
Sarai went above and beyond to help me sell my moms house. This is the second time I have used her and she is the absolute best. She sold both my mom's house and mine and made both sales as smooth as can be. Absolutely love her!
Sarai is very professional 24/7 . Any questions or concerns I had she could answer them right away , Sarai is very knowledgeable in this line of work and it was a pleasure working with her .
Sarai marketing skills were amazing and her professional skills were amazing. I was going through a lot at the time of the sale of my home and she made it so easy for me. She went above and beyond what I accepted. She not only sold my home but I all so made a friend. I will use her again.
She was very professional, helpful and amazing at getting our house sold! We interviewed so many realtors when trying to find the right person that could be very proactive and sell our home in a market that had slumped and when homes weren't selling like they were during Covid and now with high interest rates. We were very pleased with her willingness to go out of her way, show us that she believes in going that extra mile and doing whatever she could to make moving easier after being in our home close to 20 years. She is thoughtful, knows how to market homes well and keeps in touch with her clients constantly so you know exactly what is being done to market your home and how well it is doing and what you might need to do.
