I would first like to start off by saying that I am not an easy person or client to work with ! I am demanding I am picky and it’s very hard to impress me with business. Sarai Milliken sold my home and represented me buying another home in the process of selling mine. This was the most stressful time of our lives ! Sarai went above and beyond her duties as a realtor. She has so much knowledge in the market as well as homes and gives you honest feedback throughout the process. Sarai is never looking to just make a sale or just do a deal. Sarai genuinely cares for her clients and there needs I would like to point out examples : She literally got on her hands and knees, to help me find an odor in a house that we were looking at! She climbed up in places to look at areas of the home that were of concerns . When my lender wasn’t doing the job, she stepped in to help me find somebody who would. I needed a contractor, she found me several ! She listen to my breakdowns , always answer the phone or called me back immediately. There ARE so many more examples to give, and there are not enough space to do so ! EVEN AFTER the close of my new home a major issue came up on my new home that she heard about the issue she immediately called me. She went out of her way to exhaust ALL resources to make sure that it was figured out even going to the schedule meetings with local departments and advocating, putting together a presentation of why we were not responsible ! She WON this for us and saved of THoUSANDS of dollars that no one would’ve known about the purchase of the home ! Again this was 1 month after I purchased our new home and I did not call to talk to her about it but she heard about it and came to me to help me fix it ! There are not enough kudos that I could ever give this woman. She cares past the point of a job! I recommend Sarai to everybody now, not only through personal, but through business! I am lucky enough now to call her my friend now !

She was very professional, helpful and amazing at getting our house sold! We interviewed so many realtors when trying to find the right person that could be very proactive and sell our home in a market that had slumped and when homes weren't selling like they were during Covid and now with high interest rates. We were very pleased with her willingness to go out of her way, show us that she believes in going that extra mile and doing whatever she could to make moving easier after being in our home close to 20 years. She is thoughtful, knows how to market homes well and keeps in touch with her clients constantly so you know exactly what is being done to market your home and how well it is doing and what you might need to do.
