Sarah, was amazing in our home search. We have worked with Sarah on an off for 4 years as we looked to find the perfect house for our family. Sarah was great in understanding our wants and needs, as well as preparing us for a challenging market. While the search took some time, it was really a matter of not settling, and she was amazing at understanding this, and working with us. We finally found the right home, and Sarah's network of lenders, and inspectors worked quickly to get us to the closing table in under 30 days! I would absolutely recommend Sarah to help any buyer in their search, as she is friendly, funny, compassionate, and diligent in finding the perfect home.

The first time we worked with Sarah was 3/2020, the world had shut down and we decided to buy a house. Even though things in the world were crazy Sarah was always there to figure it out. We than referred our son to her, she was amazing helping his young family find their very first home. Most recently my father passed away after living in his house for 47 years. After getting the house cleared out, it needed some up-dates and renovation. Sarah was there to help us decided what was worth doing and what we should leave. She also helped us through a few surprises along the way and dealing with the renovation team. She was an advocate for everything I did and always there to help with the hard stuff. She will walk you through every step and talk you through the options, even listen to the family drama that comes with it. I would recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a home. She is very honest, she knows the metro area and will work to find you the perfect home. She is also wonderful with the sales end. She will help get your home ready for the market, help with suggestions on pricing and the reasons she has for the recommendations. She sold both of our homes quickly and at a fair price. I will call her anytime I need a realtor, maybe sooner than she knows.

Sarah was so knowledgeable, helpful and willing to do whatever I needed with this purchase! We looked a a ton of houses and she never said "no" when I called to say I wanted to schedule another showing. When I fell in love with this home, so helped me understand the process, what I should do to help my offer stand out, and then kept everything moving along once we were under contract - she called in a roofing specialist at the last minute to help with the inspection, arranged for a sewer scope when that might have been a roadblock, provided great guidance and advice, and was just generally a wonderful person to work with and an amazing partner during this stressful time. This is the second home I've purchased with Sarah's help, and I highly recommend working with her!
