My husband and I met Sarah virtually, and completely by chance as we were house hunting in Florida from New York. When you are going to open houses and private viewings virtually, the person on the other end of the phone needs to be completely trustworthy to give you an honest take on the property you are viewing. From the very first house, Sarah was open, honest and true about the houses that we saw, and completely gained our trust. My husband and I were confident that Sarah would find us our dream Florida house! We saw several properties over the course of 3 months, and Sarah never hesitated to set up appointments, answer any questions that we had, and share useful tips on the Florida housing market. After a few viewings, she knew what we were looking for in a house and as soon as she walked in to a house that we set up an appointment for, she instantly knew what we would like and key things that a property might not have had that we really wanted. Sarah communicates so well with her clients, and that was extremely important for us since we could not be there in person. When it came time to put in offers, she coached us through the entire process, and did a lot of research on comps so that when we put an offer in, we were doing so based on what the house was worth, not what the market was demanding.
