Our house was being sold and marketed as a higher end fixer upper. There were known problems that were openly disclosed. Unfortunately, the buyers just saw the low-price tag and thought we should fix all of the issues that we had already discounted our asking price to account for. Sarah did an excellent job working with the buyers and their agent to negotiate our price, and I feel we both walked away with what we needed from the deal. We needed an aggressive agent to get our price and she delivered. I would definitely use her again.
