Our home was flooded in hurricane Helene and Sarah patiently worked with us for months just trying to decide if we wanted to repair and stay or sell. Both pre and post listing she was always easy to get a hold of, extremely knowledgeable and honest with current market analysis, what should be fixed or not for profitability, working with the county to allow storm damage repairs either by us or the buyer, and proper disclosures to protect us and a buyer (nobody wants to be sued after the fact). She equipped us with all the information we needed to make the best decisions for us without any pressure. She made the home selling process easy and we will never forget her kindness or hard work!
