Both pre and post listing she was always easy to get a hold of, extremely knowledgeable and honest with current market analysis, what should be fixed or not for profitability, working with the county to allow storm damage repairs either by us or the buyer, and proper disclosures to protect us and a buyer (nobody wants to be sued after the fact).
