Sarah was awesome! She was very thorough and professional. She did way more than I anticipated. She was always on top of everything and was so accommodating with all our crazy schedules and all the houses we wanted to see.
I thought I was ready to begin house hunting. I was wrong, and quickly learned the house market was experiencing a time never before seened. I panicked, stressed and anxiety kicked in when I kepted getting outbid and lost out on several homes. In fact, disolutioned, and frustrated, I quit several times. Sarah kept me informed and answered my text and phone calls at all hours of the day. I work over night hours and Sarah made me feel like there's was no wrong time to call her, she was always there to answer my questions, and calmed me down when I would lose hope. After a few days of dealing with Sarah, I saw she was more than a "realtor". Sarah's dedication to me, my house needs, and the attention she displayed to her duty was unmeasurable. I was blown away by how she communicated with me and attend to her other obligations with clients. Sarah is the true definition of a professional and someone who cares deeply about her clients. I feel blessed, I'm humbled, and extremely lucky to have gone through a potential nightmare situation with Sarah and her team.
My experience with Sarah as my buyer's agent was wonderful! It was a pleasure working with her throughout the process. She is very knowledgeable about real estate, has great communication skills and was professional at all times. It took just 3 months for my husband and I to purchase the home. Purchasing my second home with her was quick and easy and not stressful at all. She was also able to assist with referring us to a lender and working together with the lender to make the process smoother. My husband and I appreciate her hard work and dedication. She was always responsive and attentive to our needs. We were able to view all of the homes we wanted to see during this Covid time, which makes it harder to schedule as Open Houses are not available. Her goal was to make sure we got into the home we "love" and she did it! We were surprised she was able to get us a credit of $5,000 during a seller's market. My wife and I were recently helped tremendously by Sarah with the purchase of a residence as an investment property. I wasn't sure it could be done but Sarah went to work pulling together a team of excellent associates for the loan, insurance, escrow, inspections etc. All knowledgeable, experienced people. My fiance proposed to me in August of 2020. Soon after that we started planning our wedding and at the same time thinking of where we would live after we got married. After getting out of the United States Marine Corps in 2018, my fiance like many other veterans struggled both financially and with his mental health. Due to some unforeseen circumstances my fiance was not given the resources to understand what benefits he was entitled to through the VA. After giving it much thought my fiance and I decided that we wanted to try and rent a home. After browsing on a couple of websites Sarah called us on a Sunday within one hour of our inquiry. She explained to us in detail that my fiance was eligible for a VA loan to buy a home which we had no idea we could do. Right off the bat Sarah was very informative. We loved that she wanted to make sure that we knew exactly how everything worked. She focused on educating us rather than just trying to sell us a home. After starting to view a few homes and getting our first 2 offers rejected Sarah quickly found out where the housing market was going. With the pandemic, low interest rates but very little inventory Sarah knew that finding a house was going to be very difficult. It was very discouraging for us knowing that we might not find a home as quick as we had hoped. Sarah made sure to give us words of affirmation and continued to give us as many updates as she could. After searching for 5 months which was a lot faster than we expected, we finally got an offer accepted. We were thrilled to have been able to get accepted after so many failed ones that we forgot about the endless amount of stress leading up to closing escrow. Closing on this home was so very difficult at one point we both thought that we would fall out of escrow because we felt that everything was going south. Sarah provided listings that met my preferences. Once i reviewed the list and selected properties i liked; she made all the arrangements and coordinated it so it was a very smooth process. She's very knowledgeable about options available for home inspections, individuals for financing, and any other concerns. She followed up promptly on my questions, etc. She was punctual for appointments. She is very knowledgeable of the real estate market and process of purchasing a home.
