We met a little over 2 years ago when I started my first home search. Sarah was "assigned" to me via RedFin and after speaking to her for the first time, I knew she was an extremely knowledgeable agent who wasn't here to mess around. I was not typical client. In the midst of the pandemic with most companies having their employees work from home, I didn't have an immediate need to move. For 2 years, Sarah patiently stuck by my side and supported me throughout the entire process. She spent countless hours on the phone with me educating me about the process, the market and potential programs I could benefit from. She was patient, kind and an aggressive negotiator. After seeing 30+ homes over 2 years and I finally told Sarah "this is THE one", she made sure she did everything in her power to make sure I had it. And now I can proudly call that home mine :) Sarah is a go-getter with a response time that is quicker than any of my emergency contacts. You can tell she's passionate about her work and takes pride in understanding her clients needs while making magic happen all with a smile on her face. And after 2 years, what I've come to appreciate more than anything is that she is very real. If you ask her for her honest and expert opinion, she'll give it to you. She won't sugar coat it, she'll tell it to you like it is with your interests in mind. She is honest and SUCH a pleasure to work with and I would do it all over again if I could and I WILL! We were introduced to Sarah Bui when she was ‘assigned’ to us via Zillow. Our first time buying a house we were told was going to be scary and daunting, one of the toughest things you’ll go through in life - but with Sarah guiding us it was awesome, seriously. Once we decided on a location, which Sarah influenced we found a home pretty quickly. She negotiated on our behalf and I feel like got us an incredible deal - she doesn’t back down but doesn’t do it in a gross ‘tv real estate agent way’, she respected the sellers as much as she respected us. Things could have gone really wrong during this whole thing and I believe it is because of Sarah that it just didn’t. Unfortunately for her, we’ll be staying in touch with her forever! She won’t be able to get rid of us!! Ever! Do yourself a favor and just call her, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Working with Sarah was amazing! She sat down, listened to our needs and desires, and she did everything within her power to develop a plan to meet those needs. Her communication was so timely and she always sought to bring clarity to every situation. She consistently repeated back the plan before proceeding, just to ensure we were always on the same page. She was extremely professional, yet so relational and caring. Sarah was always quick to check in with us, even when everything was good. We cannot recommend Sarah enough!
