Aaron and Sarah made our home sale super easy, we barely had to lift a finger. I think the only thing we really needed to do was sign the papers! They took care of all the bureaucracy with the HOAs and the governing bodies in our condo community, and everything else. They got us a great offer within 2 days of going on the market! Aaron and Sarah were our agents when we sold our property in Century Village. They successfully negotiated a very satisfactory sale for us and cleared away all the obstacles when the buyers’ agent was weeks late in delivering the proper documents to our building’s president, who was himself distracted by personal issues. Without their intervention, the closing would have failed. There were many issues involved in closing utility accounts, especially when our phone didn’t work, turning in our I.D. etc., all of which Aaron helped us resolve. Aaron and Sarah were always friendly, expert and thorough. We have bought and sold a number of times in a number of places-Aaron and Sarah are the best agents by far of any we have ever encountered.
