Aaron and Sarah were excellent to work with. From the very beginning, they were extremely knowledgeable in explaining the market in this particular community and helped us set a reasonable asking price. Aaron stayed in contact with me via text and email throughout the process and was friendly and personable. I'd highly recommend working with them.

Aaron and Sarah were wonderful throughout the entire process of selling my mom's condo in Century Village. They communicated frequently with us and were very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them for selling or buying needs.

Sarah and Aaron were very helpful and knowledgeable. They made the sale of our property very easy. We would definitely recommend them.

Their expert knowledge of century village real estate and attention to what my requests made selling far more simpler (and faster) than I ever could've imagined. Thank you both again for your work and walking me through the process.

Aaron and Sarah were our agents when we sold our property in Century Village. They successfully negotiated a very satisfactory sale for us and cleared away all the obstacles when the buyers’ agent was weeks late in delivering the proper documents to our building’s president, who was himself distracted by personal issues. Without their intervention, the closing would have failed. There were many issues involved in closing utility accounts, especially when our phone didn’t work, turning in our I.D. etc., all of which Aaron helped us resolve. Aaron and Sarah were always friendly, expert and thorough. We have bought and sold a number of times in a number of places-Aaron and Sarah are the best agents by far of any we have ever encountered.
