I had the most amazing experience with this whole team. Never had a transaction going as seamless. Wonderful experience. Thank you you all.

I was very fortunate in contacting Aaron & Sarah Rose, they know the markets up & downs, they go all the way in showing ones property, whenever you call or text they always keep you appraised & give updates on any showings , they never tire of helping staying positive all the time , you can not get anyone that can do a better job , Gina a member of their team also keeps in contact whenever you reach out .

What an efficient and dedicated team. Was a true pleasure working with each and everyone in this company!

Sarah and Aaron were excellent at marketing my home and getting feedback from other realtors showing the property. Received a great offer and closed three weeks later. The sale price was right on target with what's going on in the market. Definitely exceeded my expectations! Great Job!!!

M. Et Mme Rose nous ont été recommandés par une amie commune. Nous sommes enchantés de leurs services et surtout la rapidité de la vente de notre condo. Ils sont secondés par une équipes attentionnés par nos besoins. Merci vraiment de ce bon service.

Aaron & Sarah Rose we’re very good in helping me sell my condo in Florida. I highly recommend them as realtors. They were always available to answer any of my questions. It made the process much less stressful.

Aaron & Sarah truly have a love of the service they provide. They are sincere, dedicated, friendly & helpful. They know Century Village inside & out.

I had a phenomenal experience with the dream team of Sarah and Aaron Rose throughout the entire process of the sale of my condo. Their knowledge, communication, professionalism and support truly surpassed my expectations, especially during some unusual and unpredictable moments. Can’t thank them enough for everything! Most appreciated!

I had a wonderful experience using Aaron and Sarah Rose to sell my mom’s condo. The Florida market was not great, but I worked with them to get the pricing right for a quick sale and it happened! The closing happened very shortly after the contract was signed and all went very smoothly. They were responsive to my requests for meetings during the process and I would definitely use them again should the need arise😊

These real estate agents were the best ever! Every time something came up they got in touch with me and we worked out the details so it was hassle-free. They did a great job for us and we are so happy that we chose them. I don't think anybody else could have done a better or quicker job of getting this place sold. We are thrilled!! Very excited.

As first time sellers, we had no idea how the process would go, but Sarah and Aaron made it easy for us. Aaron explained things clearly, and they were always responsive to our questions. Even working with them from out of state, we had no problems, and everything went smoothly. I would recommend them without reservation.

Thank you Aaron, Sarah, Debbie, and Gina for all of the work you did to find us the perfect property! Everything moved along smoothly without any issues. This was a great experience!
