They brought significant information to our initial meeting including 'comps', recent multi-year trends and demonstration of seasonality related to our property type. Once hired, they delivered as promised with a reasonable pricing strategy recommendation that reflected our goals. They also supported the listing with promotion, provided support for some tasks that are harder for a non-Florida resident to complete from a far. Communication throughout the process was also very good - from cursory to strong interest, as well as overall market activity - the information sharing help in final decision making / offer acceptance. Finally, and most importantly, when several complexities popped up just before the close, they maintained their high standards of professionalism. They were politely persistent with multiple parties. I also felt they were fair and balanced. I would 100% recommend Sarah & Rose for anyone looking to hire a listing agent.
