Sara really knows how things work. She has first hand information which helps me lock on to a very hot area and successfully got me a great deal. Without such early info it is impossible to get such a deal. She helped a lot by joining me in the inspection as well as the walk through and provided a huge amount of knowledge which really takes years to get hold of.
