Sara is to be commended for her knowledge of the market, supportive demeanor and most of all her patience. With her guidance and professional approach I have successfully purchased multiple local properties.
Excellent communication and very knowledgeable about the area including HOAs and GVR. Made the transition from MN to AZ very easy and found the perfect home for us. Highly recommed!
Knowledgeable in all areas and detailed paperwork ensuring no hidden charges or missed agreements.
I highly recommend Sara as your agent..she doesn't give up, guiding the seller through all the steps of selling your home to caring buyers. She is sympathetic with sellers and will do what it takes to get your home sold at the best price.
My experience with Sara was everything I hoped it would be and more. Sara had excellent tips for staging my home and worked hard to get me the best price on the sale. She got creative with open houses and marketing/advertising my property. She was always available when I needed her! I highly recommend hiring Sara Hunter as your realtor!!
Sara hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
