Sandy Mathews is a true professional and an excellent communicator. With all the experience we have had in buying/selling homes in our 51 years of marriage (some 16 transactions), my husband and I have seen and experienced an awareness of all types of markets and the grasped an understanding of what to expect. We have also worked with many realtors. In addition, we had always made our moves during times of prosperity and well-being. This market was different. After almost a year with a pandemic not seen in almost a century, we had no idea of what to expect. Sandy Mathews almost blew our socks off on the price we should be asking for our property. Of course, she setup numerous face to face visits contrasting the marketplace and the unorthodox indications exhibited. Then she recommends a price that was 29 thousand dollars more than what we thought could be capable of being attainable. To make a long story short... we sold our home for 5 thousand more than that price she had suggested. She has earned our respect!
