Sandy was very good at keeping in touch with me through my entire home buying process! He would call/text and let us know where we needed to be, what documents needed to be signed, and answered any and whatever questions we had. If he was not sure or needed to follow up, it was always done in a matter of hours or days. I would gladly buy a home from Sandy again!

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Sandy Flores. I'am a first-time home buyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right home. I met with a couple of realtors before Sandy, but I knew instantly that he was the one for me. I felt at home. He is honest and hands-on, he even travels from his place from Tampa to Orlando just to accompany me to check some property in the area I want to lived in, and every time I have a house to check he make sure that he research and informed me about what would be the plan and strategy to get the house. He really helped to take the pressure off of me. I also experienced rejections and didn't get the house that I think I liked, but he is always optimistic and made sure to put me in a positive mood, that there is always a better place for me. I never felt forced to make an offer and when I finally found the "one" after few rejections & disappointments, Sandy walked us through every step of the negotiations, and advised me the pros & cons of making the right decision. It was not an easy search since I`m a little picky on what I was looking for but it worked out great and I thanked God for sending me Sandy for making my first dream home happen. I`m so happy & very satisfied. I highly recommend Sandy Flores with everyone that I know & encounter whose thinking to buy a property.

As a first-time home buyer I was really nervous but working with Sandy made the whole home buying experience a lot less stressful than I ever would have expected. Not only was Sandy helpful, he was also very knowledgeable about the market, professional, and friendly. He was patient with explaining a lot of the things I did not know and with finding me a house that really fit my needs. Overall it was a great experience working with Sandy!
