Five stars isn't enough! Selling a home is stressful, but our realtor, Sandra Dewall, made the entire process incredibly easy. Her knowledge of the local market and pricing strategy was spot on. Thanks to her expertise, our home received multiple offers and sold above asking price on the very first day it was listed. What impressed us most was the communication. We were kept informed at every stage, and every question or concern was addressed promptly and professionally. I called Sandra multiple times through the process and she always took the time to answer my questions. She helped us achieve an excellent outcome! If you want a realtor who is knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and truly works hard for their clients, look no further. We would absolutely use Sandra again and recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Sandy provided us expert guidance in selling. It was a difficult situation and she did as best she could to make the sale as smooth as possible. Sandy has great ideas on staging your home and also her team of photographers (Andrew) are AMAZING ! Sandy follows up on emails, closing questions and even after the closing, she is right there to answer anything that comes up.

It has been 20 years since I have dealt with a Realtor and have never had the best of help you could ever expect to get. I learned one thing that the is more in the Real-estate business then just selling a home. I needed to take out a bridge loan and Sandy helped me out every step of the way. Could have never did this by myself. Like I said early Sandy is great and goes out of her way to help through the whole process. Highly recommend her. Curt
