Sandy provided us expert guidance in selling. It was a difficult situation and she did as best she could to make the sale as smooth as possible. The time she put in to get this unique property sold was very evident. Her many connections, years of experience, advice, knowledge and being able to laugh with us just because. It has been 20 years since I have dealt with a Realtor and have never had the best of help you could ever expect to get. I learned one thing that the is more in the Real-estate business then just selling a home. I needed to take out a bridge loan and Sandy helped me out every step of the way.
