We were extremely fortunate that we chose Sandra Billings as our real estate agent. She did a fantastic job in all areas selling our home in Copperfield. Our situation was quite challenging: our house needed a lot of work after 17 years of living in it. Moreover, we were moving across the country on a really tight timeline. Many things could have gone wrong, but didn't, because of Sandra's experience and dedication. Sandra advised us in the areas of our home that needed the most attention in order to get it to sell. Some agents want you to spend a fortune on granite, stainless steel, etc. We felt Sandra was very realistic and understanding that we didn't have an unlimited budget. Sandra recommended excellent contractors to do the repairs who went the extra mile. When we showed the house, she made sure everything went smoothly. Even though she had personal and family obligations, she was always available for quick questions throughout. We got several offers in the first week, and Sandra explained clearly the pros and cons of the different offers. I feel she was able to see warning signs that I would have never seen, and that helped us to know the best offer to accept. Sandra got a great price for us. We hit a few unforeseeable snags in the inspection process, and Sandra stayed calm and reassuring as our family went through the process of addressing the inspection report. If you've never been through it, trust me -- you need someone like Sandra who will keep a cool head and make sure that your best interests are represented. We were no doubt very annoying to deal with, constantly asking questions. Nevertheless, I never felt for a second that Sandra was losing patience with us -- she was friendly and enthusiastic all the way to the closing. That's how focused and professional she was throughout. I can't recommend Sandra Billings highly enough. She helped us tremendously as we went through one of the most important chapters of our lives.
