Sandi worked exceptionally well with sellers agent and buyers agent. Overall transaction (escrow, inspections, negotiations) performance was very good. No surprises and worked hard and effectively to assure both fast escrows were executed. Sandi also linked us to a third party financial consultant which helped enable everything.

I first met Sandi many years ago when she knocked on my door and introduced herself as a real estate agent. I went on two trips during this process, one of them to Europe for three weeks, and Sandi filled in to work with the contractors and make sure things got done. She helped pick out colors and patters for flooring, counter tops, etc. The work was not complete when it was time for my trip to Europe, so Sandi managed the last week of work, put the house up for sale at the perfect price point, and worked with me on a counter offer while I was out on a sailboat. Certainly a positive real estate market was a boon, but I could not have done this without Sandi.
