There are many reasons to justify this five star review. However, if you are in a hurry, suffice it to say that if you are looking for efficiency and excellance in a realtor, look no further! Sam has assembled a team that is by far the best selling team that I have ever encountered. (And I’ve encountered a lot over the years!) His selling model ensures accountabilty and issue ownership throughout the entire selling process. Expectations are actively set, communicated and executed. You are never left wondering what is happening with Sam and the Weiner team. The offer on my property came on Christmas Eve. And I was out of town for the holidays. But not once did anyone drop the ball or fail to follow through. Sam resolved issues that I’m not even sure belonged to him! The value that he and his team supplied during my own absence was extremely valuable. There are also some exceptional pricing rewards and assurances that accompany his selling approach. The combination of these characteristics simply set him apart in the market place. I wish that I had encountered him years ago!
