Sam Davis, Long & Foster
I was introduced to Sam by a mutual acquaintance several years ago when I moved to the District. After purchasing the unit, I subsequently relied on Sam to rent it for me while I worked abroad and eventually to list it when it became clear that I would not be returning to Washington. I enjoyed our relationship over the years and would certainly encourage others to retain him.
