I'd never want another agent

When I first started looking for houses, I had it in the back of my mind, "I really don't need a real estate agent." I knew I had friends in the field, and I could just wing it. One day, I inquired about a house (on a random website) I was somewhat interested in, and Sam reached out to me. At first I thought, "(sigh) I don't want to put the effort into talking through this with an agent." It took about one minute on the phone for her to get my attention. Soon after, I met with her to discuss other options and I was hooked. Sam walked us through the process and made absolutely certain we made the best decisions for our family at the right time. Sam got us WAY more money for our house than we EVER could have on our own. I hope Sam stays in the business for many years to come - we're not 'forever home' kind of people. Sam's the absolute best!
