I was quite the case for Sam. I was selling a house, buying a house, and getting a divorce at the same time, all in the period of a month. The divorce was contentious including the sale of the house, which my ex wife loved and was obstructing a smooth sale several times. On the buy side, i needed a place to put me and my kids, in one of the hardest-to-buy town in Essex County, and I needed to be successful and FAST!!! I was exceedingly happy to dispose of the old house with 33k of taxes. His team found me a buyer, and a solid one, the day after the POH. As my ex-wife was an obstructionist for so many things, Same would call her up and put the fires in ways i could not and he did it QUICK. He FULLY UNDERSTOOD the issues of a contentious divorce. On the buy side, I had to stay in my picturesque town of Glen Ridge. Good houses priced right arise very, very rarely in GR. Well, Sam wasn't a miracle worker, but when i said i NEED A ROOF OVER ME AND MY KIDS HEADS, he HEARD ME and got me a place and it was very reasonably priced, in an awesome neighborhood, amongst my children's friend's houses, and it was done, full of great amenities, and I have great neighbors. I am kvelling for Sam. He works so hard in a difficult situation. I cannot recommend him enough. Know he is a perfectionist, but it will come back to you in spades if you follow his advice.
