Sam and his team brought an incredibly professional and methodical approach to selling our home, while being very friendly and supportive at every step of the process. The entire process was explained to us up front - from preparing to sell, to the showing process, managing bids, and then assisting in bringing the sale to close. They have a full time coordinator whose sole job is to make sure everybody does the work - bringing in stagers, photographers, marketing material prep., etc to making sure we had all the paperwork filed with the town and other relevant parties long before the deadlines. They took stress out of an inherently stressful process, while helping us sell our home for a very satisfactory price (which exceeded our expectations). I strongly recommend Sam and his team.
