The selling of a family home is a highly emotional bittersweet event ! Especially following the passing of a parent. Sally was an absolute blessing for me and my family. At no time did I question where her priorities were. Our sale involved multiple family members. She is so knowledgeable as to how to professionally manage each situation. Sally has helped us on the buy or sales side of 9 transactions over the past ten years. On the buy side, she is happy to show houses for as long as it takes to find the right property for our very particular tastes. She digs and finds answers to the most unusual or obscure questions. She does all of this with a smile and such grace. On the sales side, she does exhaustive data analysis to determine the best sales price. We have never had to reduce sales price ever. She will do open houses or not if you don't want them. She will bring in the best people to help prepare your house and address any inspection issues. She gets along so well with other realtors and closing attorneys and everything always goes seamlessly. She is the best!

When we needed towels to show the house, Sally brought them. When we needed help moving out Sally was there to help out. She is a great advisor and guide. She is always there to help and advise. And she makes awesome buckeyes at Christmas.
