She scheduled all showings and open houses around our schedule and always made sure the house was immaculate before and after. She convinced us to sell the house for a higher price than we were considering and she succeeded in selling it at that price. We were extremely happy with the outcome and wanted her to be our agent to find us a new home in the area we wanted. In no time she found us the perfect new home for us at the price we could afford. Sally handled all the details of selling our home and purchasing a new one. The closings were fast and stress free thanks to Sally. I never thought that real estate transactions could be a pleasant experience but Sally convinced me that with the right agent it is. Sally is considered a trusted family friend now and is our personal real estate agent for life.

Very astute understanding of the real estate market in particular markets. Great In educating the sellers vs the purchaser in the respective markets and finalizing the sale with patience and respect.

Sally really has a great handle on what the market is doing right now. Two years ago, I couldn’t sell my home for the life of me. Sally came in, gave me some pointers, and sold it OVER asking price in less than 48 hours. Then came what I thought would be the easy part - buying. Not so much. In fact, I think I put offers in on 5 places before one was accepted. And Sally was there for every turn - working with my hectic work schedule, calling listing agents, dealing with me thinking I was ddttddtdtdttssgoing to end up homeless, every single bit. I honestly wish I could rate her higher because she is that good.
