Sally is an amazing agent with a thorough understanding of all the selling processes and a great 'feel' for how to present a place. Though I've only sold this one house (my dad's old house), she seems to have a broad range of understanding about the market and the area, and has tons of good advice on presentation and pricing. She patiently walked my brother and I through all the steps to getting our house on the market and sold, which we definitely could not have done without her. I met Sally at random pretty much, walking into the Madison office on an impulse, which was a bit of fantastic luck for me because she turned out to be such a superb agent.
