Sako Hamparsomian is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has been a Realtor® for over fifteen years. He has lived in Pasadena for over 40 years. Sako has received numerous awards for his quality of service and sales production. As an independent Broker he has successfully closed Multi-Millions in sales. His general market place covers the San Gabriel Valley, but will be pleased to extend anywhere his client’s may need service. A fun experience was co-listing with Bravo’s star Madison Hildebrand in Malibu, from‘Million Dollar Listing’. Sako understands that everyone is special and each real estate transaction is unique thus requiring exceptional service and the utmost client care. Sako has always believed in placing his clients first. This has carried over from his experience in the restaurant business. He is also a franchisee and has owned and operated a couple of restaurants since 1994. Being in the restaurant industry has helped him have a better understanding on how to listen to people’s needs and wants; hence, ‘customers always come first!’
Sako’s pride and joy is his family! He has two beautiful children and a wife who has always been very supportive. They both enjoy volunteering in their children’s school. Chairing such events like the school’s Annual Father’s Day Golf Tournament & other school fundraisers or even assisting in coaching their basketball teams are the most fulfilling moments.
