We were from out of state and had never sold a home or estate before. We found and met with Sabrina mid November to sell mom’s house. At first we thought this is too good to be true and there must be a catch but soon found she was, and would do, everything she said she would. From the start she made us feel like we were the most important client she had. She was incredibly organized and diligent. She had inspections and repair’s scheduled the first several days. She took care of every detail and always kept us informed. She told us that we would likely sell the house by the end of the year and we did. She handled everything for the estate sale, donations and sale of the house. Bottom line, she took the daunting task of selling the house and contents from out of state away from us and did a fantastic job. From the first meeting we had every confidence that Sabrina was the right choice. Sabrina is an amazing professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. Sabrina really knows the area marketing. She is helpful, knowledgeable and communicates every step of the way. Her professionalism is unmatchable by any other agent you will come across. No agent entering my home seemed to know as much about the area or my neighborhood as she did. I have known Sabrina for years through her estate sale business. It only seemed natural to contact her when it came time to sell our home. I was up in Washington state when I called, she took over and went to town. She and her crew needed to go in, stage my home, clean it up from our snowbird status and made it very presentable for both pictures and showing interested parties. She did a stellar job getting a great offer, advising me at every turn and it was sold before I returned to Hemet. After the sale, she has kept in touch and was very helpful at all aspects of the sale and my subsequent move. Had I stayed in the state I would certainly have worked with her to find a new home.
