Sabrina is a little powerhouse packed with knowledge and resources to get the job done. First she and her crew did the estate sale on my parents home. Mom liked to shop! Lots came in and nothing went out. We're talking storage units a sizeable barn and a 3 car garage and a packed house and more. They worked so hard and got it done. The house went up for sale and got multiple offers above listed price and was sold in 5 days. It was miraculous! Of all the realtors I could not have picked one better. I have known Sabrina for years through her estate sale business. It only seemed natural to contact her when it came time to sell our home. I was up in Washington state when I called, she took over and went to town. She and her crew needed to go in, stage my home, clean it up from our snowbird status and made it very presentable for both pictures and showing interested parties. She did a stellar job getting a great offer, advising me at every turn and it was sold before I returned to Hemet. After the sale, she has kept in touch and was very helpful at all aspects of the sale and my subsequent move. Had I stayed in the state I would certainly have worked with her to find a new home.
