We were from out of state and had never sold a home or estate before. We found and met with Sabrina mid November to sell mom’s house. At first we thought this is too good to be true and there must be a catch but soon found she was, and would do, everything she said she would. From the start she made us feel like we were the most important client she had. She was incredibly organized and diligent. She had inspections and repair’s scheduled the first several days. She took care of every detail and always kept us informed. She told us that we would likely sell the house by the end of the year and we did. She handled everything for the estate sale, donations and sale of the house. Sabrina really knows the area marketing. She is helpful, knowledgeable and communicates every step of the way. Her professionalism is unmatchable by any other agent you will come across. No agent entering my home seemed to know as much about the area or my neighborhood as she did.
