I can't say enough good things about Sabrina. After my brother passed away in late 2023, my husband and I (as next of kin) had to come from Colorado to handle his affairs. Since he had no will in place, my brother's estate had to go through probate. Sabrina helped us along every step of the process, including (1) handling the estate sale and disposing of his household possessions, (2) hiring a handyman and overseeing repairs and improvements to the home prior to listing, (3) hiring a lawn care specialist, (4) obtaining homeowners insurance when my brother's policy lapsed, (5) negotiating and handling the sale of the house. Sabrina provided an invaluable service, since we live out of state and could not have easily made multiple trips out to California to handle all of these things. She even tracked the probate hearing dates closely to make sure that we listed the house in a timely manner...she notified me of the hearing date before my lawyer did.
