Sabrina helped us along every step of the process, including (1) handling the estate sale and disposing of his household possessions, (2) hiring a handyman and overseeing repairs and improvements to the home prior to listing, (3) hiring a lawn care specialist, (4) obtaining homeowners insurance when my brother's policy lapsed, (5) negotiating and handling the sale of the house. Sabrina provided an invaluable service, since we live out of state and could not have easily made multiple trips out to California to handle all of these things. She even tracked the probate hearing dates closely to make sure that we listed the house in a timely manner...she notified me of the hearing date before my lawyer did. She is knowledgeable about the probate process and the complex legal requirements involved in selling a house through probate. She worked tirelessly for us, and took a huge weight off of our shoulders. We simply could not have done this without her.
