The guy is awesome! Went above and beyond at every step in the process. Knows the area and knows what to look for when buying a house. We can’t say enough good things. Highly highly recommend! If you don’t list with him or use him as a buying agent your missing out.

Ryan made the house buying process so much less stressful. He was knowledgeable and never pressured us to do something we weren't comfortable with - there were multiple times when he was able to give insight into just how much work it would take to fix a problem, which he did without prompting. Ryan also coordinated vent cleaning and radon mitigation for us, which was a huge help at closing.

Can not recommend Ryan enough. We had some other realtors reach out to us who had just gotten into it and I am very glad with went with Ryan. He has extensive previous experience with properties, both commercial and residential and if there's an issue he almost certainly knows how big of a problem it is and how much it will be fix. I can not imagine getting a house without someone like Ryan.
