This was my first time purchasing a home. Ryan was very patient with me, and was able to explain things to me in a way that was easy to explain. For some of the search I was living out of state. Ryan went above and beyond and showed me many properties via FaceTime. He also gave me solid advice on everything concerning the purchase including my mortgage. I already had a mortgage approval before I started working with Ryan. However, I soon ran into some significant issues with that lender. Ryan suggested I try a mortgage broker with whom he has worked many times. That broker was able to close my loan in record time.

Ryan was extremely professional and supportive throughout my condo sale. I live out of state so needed someone trustworthy who could manage all details locally. He was excellent in all areas. Ryan not only sold my condo in 3 weeks and negotiated good price, but he managed the process while staying in constant contact. I had a long close due to renters and he helped me with everything; including, involving my renters for several months after the purchase agreement. It's hard to find a real estate agent who responds quickly and can keep the details of your specific deal straight from other clients. This was not an issue with Ryan and he was always there any time I had a question; even when on vacation. He was so great I recommended him to two different friends while going through my sale. I highly recommend him as an agent. Exceptional customer service!!
