From the first house we viewed together, Ryan impressed me with his knowledge and his honesty. I put a time limit on when I wanted to be in my new house, which was just a month-- and Ryan made that happen! He takes the time to make sure that you're taken care of and have everything you need to make your home owning adventure a success. He also took time to work around my very busy work schedule, which was amazing. As we viewed houses Ryan was able to offer ideas and resources when I spotted updates I wanted to make possible in houses I was interested in, which was important to me. It helped me to see myself in the space and how to make my goals a reality. Now that I've purchased my home and am in the midst of updates, Ryan is just as excited as I am to see the progress-- and he still responds just as quickly to any question or quandary. Finally, Ryan's advice and attention also impressed my family and friends -- which is hard to accomplish! Having moved across the country multiple times and worked with many agents before, I have to say Ryan is the best and most balanced person I've met. I met Ryan through my first attempt at viewing a house. It's my first time buying a house so I am new to everything! I didn't even have a loan approval at that time and he recommended a lender which was also great! He is on top of everything and always makes sure we have all the documents we need and he is flexible with schedules since I have a very hectic schedule so that is a plus! Even when he is busy he made sure his assistant got us covered! He is great at his job and very patient with walking us through the process from start to finish. We had a few bumpy roads along the way but in the end, it was worth it!! We got the house that we love and we've been here for a month now and I wouldn't have it any other way! 10/10 Would recommend him to my friends & family!
