My husband and I were originally introduced to Ruben in January. Upon meeting him, we could sense his passion and excitement about helping buyers find a home. He asked details about what we were looking for, set out his own guidelines and expectations, and he also took time to get to know us each personally! Within just a few days of meeting with Ruben, he had us out on the market and touring homes. Ruben did an exceptional job of finding that perfect balance of presenting homes to us that he thought we might be interested in, as well as allowing us to send homes to him that we wanted to see. At no point did we ever feel that Ruben was forcing us to see something we didn't' want, nor did we ever feel he disregarded our suggestions or opinions. Throughout our journey, we had a lot of ups and downs. We had to terminate an early contract which was a setback, but Ruben's positive attitude and ability to bounce back kept us going! He adapted to the new changes we had to make to our search, found us a new lender more suited to our needs, and continued on. Due to the market being so difficult right now, we found ourselves going out to tour homes weekend after weekend, and having no luck with our offers. We were starting to feel defeated and about ready to take a break from the search. Ruben understood completely and was more than ready to support whatever decision we came to, but he also encouraged us to keep looking and remain positive. It was only one weekend after we almost gave up that we had an offer accepted. Ruben showed his knowledge of the market by making a strong, competitive offer that ultimately won us our new home. One we got into the closing process, Ruben continued to be communicative, going through each document with us in detail, and making sure we didn't miss any important deadlines. We just closed this past week, and we couldn't be happier with how things worked out. We strongly encourage anyone to reach out to Ruben for their home buying needs!!
My brother recommended ruben with me. He met ruben on Facebook and started to ask some questions about his current house who he purchased with a different realtor and Ruben willingly helped my brother with all of his questions. When I first spoke with ruben I felt confident that he was the right realtor for me and my family. Our first conversation at his office was the best. Me being a first time buyer and not having much experience or knowledge on the process of buying a house and requirements was scary. However once I left that office I felt like a realtor myself. All this information and knowledge Ruben gave me was more than enough and he made sure we understood. What more can we ask for? I mentioned I was interested in a house I had seen on my neighborhood and he made an exception for us too see that house the next day. Ruben has a very limited schedule where he only does showings Fridays and Saturdays from certain times and has sundays off. However Ruben was very professional and comprehensive on our time crunch that he made time for us. Even on sundays he would show us a house. He literally showed us a house 3 hours before his flight! And another Sunday he showed us a house 1 hour before the stock show !! What more can we ask for. He has a lot of patience. Which is a very good skill to have as a realtor. With the process of being under contract Ruben was very informative with what the next step will be and already had a plan set out for your proposals. After being an official owner Ruben does a weekly check in, we are currently in our 2 week check in and Ruben has already messaged to see how everything was going. Ruben is outgoing, kind , talkative, jokester and most importantly bilingual!!!!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Ruben.
We truly loved working with Ruben, he is amazing at what he does and has lots of dedication to his job, even on his days off he was always there for any questions or concerns. We are very thankful for all his hard work and will definitely recommend to all of our friends.
