I think the best way to describe Ruben is saying he is perfect for his job because he works with such a passion to help families make their dream come true and buy their first home and more. Excellent communication, quick responses, explained every step of the way, and just made us feel comfortable throughout the process of buying our first home. Most of all he never pushed us to go for something we did not want just to close on a home. Even after closing I have been able to reach out for questions, he does not "ghost" you after closing as many people have shared with other realtor experiences. I absolutely recommend working with Ruben if you are interested in buying/selling a home.
