Ruben is very knowledgeable and even has a great power point with market trends that I appreciated very much. His initial meeting with me had a lot of information but it shows how passionate and informed he is. He also wants to make sure you decide he is the best fit for you. After deciding we would work together it was smooth sailing from there. His team and him are very responsive and on top of things. I knew when I asked a question he would get back to me in a timely manner. Once under contract, he does a great job recapping each week and what to expect the following week. It felt good being able to have trust in someone through the whole process all the way to closing. If I am ever at a point of selling and/or buying again, I will be reaching out again.
