We worked with Roxanne for the purchase of our second home -- a back country getaway in Santa Ysabel on a few acres. Our escrow went smoothly and effortlessly with Roxanne's expert facilitation, especially when she sent someone from her team to my place of work to notarize my signature to give my husband power of attorney when I headed off on a long-planned vacation.
