All but the very beginning (listing signatures and hand-over of keys) and end (closing) was done by phone or email. She found a buyer before the listing went public, and we got our asking price despite "as is" conditions. We didn't even need to return to Tampa for the closing, as she arranged for a title company rerepresentative to come to us.
