Rosemary is a professional in every sense of the word. Her knowledge of the real estate market, including trends and all essential details are amazing. I purchased my house in Ladera Ranch in August of 2008 from Rosemary and she has maintained contact throughout the last 12 years. If you use Rosemary once you will never feel the need to try anyone else! Thats how we felt in 2017 when we completed our first transaction with her and thats how we feel now! For our second transaction, Rosemary sold a rental for us in the year of the pandemic! She was there for us starting with prepping the home for sale to the last day of the transaction. She drove to the carpet store and sent pictures of the samples so we don't have to make the trip. Then she got us the best pricing for new carpets. She got a cleaning crew to come out and clean on short notice and made sure we came on the market without too much delay after our tenant moved out. She personally brought in some accents to add a pop of color to the place. When challenges arose in the transaction, she was there to help resolve them.
