She additionally has experience buying and selling properties as sell by owner for 17 years, plus has owned primary and investment property. A penchant for customer service, compassion to help others, keen problem-solving skills, and an ability to negotiate and bring people together are as much appreciated as her local expertise.
Born and raised in Honduras, Roseli speaks English and Spanish fluently. Prior to obtaining her Virginia real estate license, she worked in retail sales, store management, and daycare operating her own business. Roseli holds Medical Administrative Assistant Certification from Northern Virginia Community College and a CMAA license from NHA (National Healthcare Association).
Happily married with two sons, Roseli lives in Fairfax for the past 21 years and called Alexandria home before that. Outside of work and family, she volunteers organizing and creating a successful foundation to contribute funds to help her hometown have better community services. Other favorite pastimes include trying new recipes in the kitchen, going to the gym, and gardening.
