Specializing in Lancaster, Dauphin, and York counties, my role as a REALTOR® is to assist buyers and sellers with the real estate process, all while making it as enjoyable as possible. I understand real estate can be stressful, but I try to ease the process for my clients by handling all of the “behind the scenes” logistics. Whether it’s contract negotiation, home inspections, or lending, they can depend on me to see it through to the end. While there are many reasons to live in this area, I find one of the best reasons is because it offers its residents a genuine feeling of community and belonging. As a REALTOR®, I try to showcase that feeling to my clients in any way I can, helping them to picture this area as “home” before they even move in! Buyers & Sellers: Before getting started, I’d like to sit down with you for a no-obligation meeting in which we can get to know one another. Getting off on the right foot is a good way to make sure you’ll feel comfortable with me as we go about the buying or selling process! I’ll also use this time to get to know your likes, dislikes, hobbies, and anything else that can help me when buying or selling your home.

Integrity, Personality, and Sincerity

Rose was recommended to us by a satisfied client. Due to my past experiences with agents, I expected that I would do all the work, the agent would pressure us to make quick decisions, and the agent would allow us into a viewing when it fit into their schedule. Rose was a breath of fresh air in that she was very involved in locating potential properties, ensuring we understood the current market, assisted in obtaining more information about select properties and taking us to multiple viewings on OUR schedule. Rose provided all real estate assistance with an amazing personality, Integrity, no pressure to quickly make decisions, and notable sincerity. In the end, we found a home and closed within a month. I’ll be calling Rose when I need a true real estate person again!
