Roseann makes buying a property very easy and actually pleasant. She is extremely knowledgable about the local property market and goes out of her way to help prospective buyers. This is the second property I have bought through Roseann, I cannot thank her enough for her hard work on my behalf!
We chose Roseann not just from a referral but also because of her connections. We didn’t realize just how important her connections would be, given that we were selling a house in Florida while living in New York. Roseann acted as a general contractor to hire a her contacts with a roofer, a handyman, a painter, an HVAC contractor, a pool repairman, an electrician, a golf cart salesperson, and a team of gardeners in order to get the house in a like new condition and find a buyer and take care of anything noted from the buyers inspection - all of her connections charged half of what I expected. I honestly do not think any other realtor would have acted as a general contractor to this extent in order to make the sale happen !!!!!
She always looked out for my interest and never overstated what she thought the value was. Very few Realtors that really look out for their clients best interest. I would certainly recommend her.
Roseann always goes above and beyond for people in general . Gets done what she tells you she will do. She knows the Hernando county area, been here over 25 years. I would definitely recommend her
This is my second time using Roseanne Latoria and each time she has been great. My husband had passed away I was devastated and I needed to sell the house so I called Roseann and could not have been more pleased. She took charge said not to worry she would help me and in 4 hours of her listing my home it was sold and not only did she sell my house she helped me get a lawyer to help me with some legal issues. Roseann was there through the whole process when I got in a bind time wise on closing day and I had to leave to meet movers at new house on the east coast of Florida and had some items I could not move she said don't worry no problem I will handle it. I was under a lot of stress Roseann took charge and I did not have to worry about nothing. Thank you Roseann.
